HomeBuyCredit connects real estate agents and mortgage professionals with credit-qualified, motivated home buyers — and gives you the tools to win and serve them: a branded public profile, a client and pipeline dashboard, and same-day credit-bureau access so you can order full 3-bureau reports right inside the app.

Right now we partner with licensed real estate agents and mortgage loan originators (MLOs) who deliver excellent service to home buyers. If that's not you but you believe HomeBuyCredit is a fit, we'd still love to hear from you — reach out to [email protected].

There's no upfront cost to join the network or to list your profile, and no card is required to start on the Free plan. Our model is success-based — you pay per lead you receive, and you can upgrade to a paid plan any time to unlock lower per-lead pricing, a full credit report on every lead, and included ZIP coverage.

Onboarding is four quick steps: provide your real estate or MLO license, read and sign your compliance agreements in the app, set up billing, and you're live. There's no printing, faxing, or mailing. Once you're verified, bureau access activates the same day.

Real consumers who've checked their Experian FICO® Score and home buying power through HomeBuyCredit and asked to be connected with a professional. They're financially aware, actively planning a purchase, and reach you the moment they're ready — not months before.

We match buyers to professionals based on location, the buyer's needs and readiness, and your areas of expertise — so the introductions you get are relevant from day one.

Every buyer arrives with verified credit data already on file. On the Free plan you see each buyer's FICO® Score and a credit summary; paid plans add a full credit report on every lead, plus an estimated price range and monthly payment built from their real credit profile — so you can guide them to the right homes right away.

A lead you initiate is one you bring into the platform yourself; an HBC-matched lead is a credit-qualified buyer we connect you with. They're priced differently — on the Free plan, for example, a lead you initiate is $50 and an HBC-matched lead is $75. Paid plans lower these rates.

Three ways, whatever fits the moment. Text or email the buyer your personal link and they check their credit and buying power in minutes; embed a form right on your own website so visitors qualify themselves around the clock; or, at an open house, scan the barcode on a driver's license to autofill their name, date of birth, and address and order on the spot. However they start, they end up the same way — a credit-qualified buyer in your pipeline, with their score and buying power already in hand.

You can upgrade any lead to add a co-buyer and pull a full 3-bureau report with FICO® scores on each applicant — so you see the household's real, combined buying power, not just one applicant's. It's ideal for qualifying couples and co-signers together on a single lead.

Yes — paid plans include ZIP coverage for your markets in two tiers. Verified-Agent ZIPs are your standard coverage and scale up to unlimited on higher plans; Preferred-Agent ZIPs are premium, limited slots that put you first in line for buyers in that ZIP. Your included counts and lead pricing scale with the plan you choose, and you can add more ZIPs in either tier at your plan's overage rate.

Both are coverage in a ZIP; the tier decides where you land in line. Verified-Agent ZIPs are your standard coverage — you're matched with credit-qualified buyers there in a fair rotation with the other verified professionals in that ZIP. Preferred-Agent ZIPs are premium, limited slots that put you ahead of Verified agents for buyers in that ZIP, in their own fair rotation. Higher plans include more of each tier.

When a buyer is ready in one of your ZIPs, the match goes to a Preferred-Agent holder first — rotating fairly among Preferred professionals so everyone gets their turn. If the ZIP has no Preferred placement to fill, the buyer is matched to a Verified-Agent holder, again in fair rotation. Preferred puts you at the front of the line in your best markets; Verified gives you standard coverage across more of them.

Yes. You can order a full 3-bureau (3B) credit report on a borrower right inside the app for as low as $29 — delivered in under 59 seconds — with no separate portal or extra logins.

All you need is the buyer's name and current address. Their SSN and date of birth are optional — not required to pull a report, and an SSN is never stored. It's a soft pull, so ordering never touches the buyer's credit or shows up as an inquiry, yet it returns the very same full report and scores a $150 hard pull would. And you can run one anytime, 24/7, the moment you need to know where a buyer stands.

Today, 3-bureau reports include the FICO® Score 8 — the most widely used FICO score in lending — pulled from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. It's a real, lender-grade score, not a free educational VantageScore. FICO® Score 2, 4, 5 and VantageScore 4.0 are coming soon; we roll them out one at a time, which helps keep your per-report price low.

Yes. Alongside 3-bureau reports, you can order 1-bureau (1B) reports from a lower per-use price. Both come back in under 59 seconds.

3-bureau reports start as low as $29 with the FICO® Score 8; 1-bureau reports start around $10. (VantageScore® reports, from $25, are coming soon.) Exact per-use pricing depends on your plan and is shown in full on the Pricing page.

Getting bureau access yourself can take weeks of paperwork and cost thousands in setup and enterprise contracts. We handle the heavy lifting, so you skip the compliance maze, activate the same day you're verified, and order at a price that doesn't punish you for pulling credit.

Yes — as long as you have the client's permission. You always need a consumer's authorization to pull their credit, and that requirement never changes. The only added step here is confirming it's really you: upload a government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID), and you're cleared to order reports on your clients' behalf — with their permission in hand, every time.

Beyond your plan, you're charged per lead you receive — so your spend tracks the opportunities we send you, not a flat ad budget. You earn the business on your merits.

Every plan includes a public professional profile, credit-qualified buyer matches, each buyer's FICO® Score and credit summary, and a full client dashboard. Paid plans add a full credit report on every lead, included ZIP coverage, same-day bureau access, and lower per-lead pricing.

No long-term contract and no setup fee. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime.

Paying annually discounts the monthly rate. The exact savings are shown on each plan when you switch the billing toggle to Annual on the Pricing page.

Yes. You can move up or down as your business grows, and your coverage and lead pricing adjust with your plan.

You can add a payment method for automatic billing as you go, or deposit funds up front and save 5% on what you order. Either way, charges track the leads and reports you actually use.

Yes — the moment a buyer's credit data comes back, the platform turns it into a live buying-power number: a real estimate of what they can afford, built from their actual credit profile and down payment. Showing the specific homes inside that range, each with an estimated monthly payment, is a feature we're putting the finishing touches on now.

We're building fast. Up next: property-data integrations, automated income and asset verification, real-time SMS alerts, native mobile apps, and the homes-in-range view that shows each buyer the actual homes they can afford. A few things people expect to be 'someday' are already here — referral rewards and free-lead credits, buying-power certificates, branded reports, and team and brokerage plans — while our open API and one-click automations are finishing development right now.

Compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act is at the core of everything we build. Our team lives and breathes the rules around permissible purpose, consumer consent, and data handling — so you can order with confidence.

We've developed partnerships with leading vendors in the credit and verification space, so the infrastructure behind your reports is held to the highest standard.

We follow — and actively exceed — industry best practices for data security, access control, and consumer protection, and we're pursuing SOC 2 Type 2 attestation to hold our controls to an independently audited bar.

First, the constant: you always need the consumer's permission to pull their credit — that's required on every report. Identity verification is a separate step. When a report isn't initiated by the consumer themselves, we confirm your identity to protect everyone in the process: a quick government-issued ID upload — driver's license, passport, or state ID — clears you to order directly, with the consumer's authorization in hand.
